About
I’m Armaan. I like having more than one kind of work in my week.
I’m a senior at Orange County School of the Arts. During high school, I have moved between science, environmental sustainability, engineering, entrepreneurship, and music.
I’m especially curious about the role technology can play in environmental problems across energy, agriculture, and industry. I’m also a classical and jazz saxophonist. Those interests do not always fit into one tidy explanation—and that is part of why this website exists.
A short chronology
The lines that have developed in parallel.
This is thematic rather than date-by-date until a full activities list confirms the timeline.
- 01School
Orange County School of the Arts
A high school education shaped by both academics and sustained musical training.
- 02Questions
Energy, agriculture, and industry
I’m interested in where new technologies meet environmental problems—and in what happens when an idea reaches real data or material.
- 03Practice
Classical and jazz saxophone
Music remains a separate, equally important line through my time in high school: individual practice, ensembles, chamber music, performance, and travel.
- 04Now
Senior year
This site begins as a college-application supplement, but it is designed to keep growing as the questions and projects change.
Start with the work itself.
The project pages hold the more specific story: what I was trying to understand, what I worked on, and what remains unresolved.
